Privacy Policy

VentureAmp (“VentureAmp,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at ventureamp.co (the “Site”) and provides sales operations and lead-generation consulting services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and protects information obtained through the Site, including information submitted through the Site's forms, calculators, and application process.

By submitting information through the Site, the user consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company does not collect personal information from visitors who do not submit a form. The Site does not require account creation or login.

Information is collected through the following forms:

• Application Form(application landing page): name, email address, telephone number, a short description of the applicant's business, and three business-profile answers (whether the business sells at a price point of $2,000 or more, an approximate monthly revenue band, and job title). Before 2026-10-12 this form was the Break-Even Qualification Form, which collected average deal value, close rate, monthly lead or list volume, name, email address, and, if voluntarily provided, telephone number.
• Lead Leak Report Form: name, email address, optional telephone number, and calculator inputs.
• Contact Form: name, company name, email address, telephone number, and service inquiry type.
• Call-Back Request Form: telephone number only.

Each form submission is recorded together with the page of origin and the date and time of submission.

The Company's servers additionally log the IP address associated with each request. IP addresses are used solely to apply a short-duration rate limit preventing repeated automated submissions from a single source and are not used to build a profile of any individual.

Information submitted through the Site's forms is transmitted to the Company's customer relationship management (“CRM”) system for the purpose of responding to the inquiry, calculating requested results, and, where applicable, following up regarding the submitted application.

The Company does not sell personal information and does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. The Company does not enroll users in a recurring marketing list, newsletter, or drip communication sequence solely as a result of using a calculator tool on the Site.

The Site's application form asks for a telephone number (Step 4 of the application) and displays the following disclosure directly beneath that field, reproduced verbatim:

Terms of Service | Privacy Policy

4.1 Effect of Tapping Continue. By entering a telephone number and tapping Continue beneath this disclosure, the applicant provides express written consent for the Company, or a party calling or texting on the Company's behalf, to contact the telephone number provided by voice call and/or SMS text message regarding the submitted application and the scheduling of the call the applicant requested, including through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice, as applicable.

4.2 Scope of Consent. Consent given at this step is limited to communications about the applicant's own application and the scheduling of the call the applicant requested. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it does not enroll the applicant in any recurring marketing list. An applicant who prefers not to receive telephone calls or SMS text messages may instead reach the Company through the Contact Form or by email, and may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 4.5.

4.3 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies and is determined by the applicant's specific submission and any scheduling communication that follows. This is not a recurring subscription service.

4.4 Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on the applicant's mobile carrier and service plan.

4.5 Opt-Out and Assistance. An applicant may reply STOP to any SMS text message to opt out of future text messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. An applicant may also request that the Company cease contact by telephone or email at any time.

4.6 No Sharing of Mobile Information. No mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in status, or related consent obtained through this disclosure is shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to any third party or affiliate for that third party's or affiliate's own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance. This restriction applies notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy.

4.7 Other Forms Requesting a Telephone Number. The Call-Back Request Form and Contact Form request a telephone number without a separate consent disclosure. Submission of a telephone number through either form constitutes a request that the Company call the number provided for the stated purpose of that form.

Reports generated through the Site's Lead Leak Report tool are hosted at a unique URL that encodes the applicant's first name only. Surname, email address, and telephone number are not included in report URLs. Report pages are excluded from search engine indexing; any person possessing the URL may nonetheless access the corresponding report.

Except as described below, the Site does not use cookies.

6.1 Site-Wide. The Site stores a single browser-local value (“va-theme”) to remember the user's display preference (light or dark mode). This value does not leave the user's browser and does not identify the user.

6.2 Application Pages (/go). Pages within the Site's application flow (the pages whose address begins with /go) use PostHog, a third-party analytics service. PostHog stores a randomly generated identifier in a cookie and in local browser storage. Using that identifier, PostHog records: the application steps viewed and completed; the answers selected to the application's multiple-choice questions; interactions with the page, such as taps, clicks, and scrolling; technical error and performance data; the advertising campaign that referred the visitor to the page; which version of the page the visitor saw; and session recordings of how visitors move through those pages. Within session recordings, text typed into form fields is masked and is never recorded. PostHog does not receive the applicant's name, email address, or telephone number; the identifier is not associated with any of them within PostHog.

Fonts used on the Site are self-hosted and are not retrieved from third-party font services.

The Company advertises on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

7.1 Server-Side Conversion Reporting. Upon submission of the application form or scheduling of a call, the Company's server transmits a conversion event to Meta for advertising measurement purposes. This transmission includes the applicant's email address, telephone number, and name in cryptographically hashed form (SHA-256), the applicant's IP address and browser type, any associated advertising click identifier, and non-identifying information regarding the application outcome. The Company does not deploy a Meta tracking pixel within the user's browser.

7.2 Analytics and Session Recording. PostHog analytics and session recording are used on the application pages only, as described in Section 6.2, to measure and improve the application process. No analytics, tag management, or session recording technology is deployed elsewhere on the Site.

Requests to delete information held by either system may be directed to zak@ventureamp.co.

The Company retains inquiry and application records for the period during which the Company may reasonably continue communication regarding the applicant's inquiry, and thereafter for the period required by the Company's internal recordkeeping practices. An applicant may request earlier deletion as described in Section 9.

An applicant may request that the Company:

(a) disclose the personal information the Company holds regarding the applicant; (b) correct inaccurate personal information; (c) delete personal information; or (d) cease contacting the applicant by any means, including telephone calls and SMS text messages.

Requests may be submitted to zak@ventureamp.cofrom the email address associated with the applicant's submission, or communicated verbally during a telephone call with Company personnel.

The Company engages third-party service providers to host the Site and to operate its CRM system. These providers process personal information solely on the Company's instructions for the purposes of operating the Site and responding to inquiries. The Company does not otherwise disclose personal information to third parties.

The Site and Services are directed to business entities and are not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes affecting previously collected information will be disclosed on this page.
