Our system pays for itself or we work for free until it does

Same reps. Same close rate. Twice the conversations.

We run a dedicated call floor between your list and your closers — working every lead, qualifying, booking, and confirming — so your sales team spends the day selling instead of dialing.

Four kinds of work your closers aren't doing

All four come with every rep — each one reported as its own line on your dashboard.

Every one of them is part of the Call Floor and comes with every rep — each has its own page with the arithmetic.

Motions 3 and 4 cost you no additional lead spend. They are the cheapest pipeline in your business.

Response-time figure: Drift, 2017 (n=433 B2B companies). No-show recovery: GrowthSpree, 2026.

Runs alongside the floor

A full CRM build with cold email sequences and automated SMS nurture, so the floor gets more conversations from the same list. $4,000 one-time.

Why this floor is different

Our reps stay. Theirs don't.

Every rep on our floor was raised in the United States and is a native English speaker. They are based in Mexico — and that is the entire point.

The same dollars that buy a temporary job in Austin buy a career in Mexico. Our reps aren't students filling a gap year before they go do something else. They're professionals with families, building something, paid well enough to stay.

The largest outsourced firms in this category pay their reps around $40,000 and run 28–40% annual turnover. One of their clients publicly reported being assigned four different reps in six months — roughly six weeks per rep, each with its own ramp-up and its own dip in output.

We have had zero rep churn. Your rep learns your product once, and then gets better at it every month.

We can prove what happened to every single lead.

Most call floors report activity. We report outcomes, at the individual call-leg level, from our own instrumentation — not a vendor's summary screen.

Every dial, every disposition, every no-answer, every connect over threshold, every appointment set and whether it actually held. Contact rates are computed per contact per day, so redialing the same person twenty times can't inflate them. Our numbers run at 98% parity against the dialer's own reporting and 98.7% coverage against the list we were supposed to be working.

Ask any competitor for their sit rate. Most of them don't measure it. We put it on your dashboard.

AI where it's safe. Humans where it isn't.

We use AI aggressively — list preparation, call transcription and scoring, coaching, CRM hygiene, post-call summarization. It makes our reps better and it keeps your cost down.

We do not put an AI on the phone to sell for you. Under the FCC's 2024 ruling, an AI-generated voice counts as an "artificial or prerecorded voice" under the TCPA — marketing calls require prior express written consent, an existing business relationship does not exempt you, and the exposure is $500–$1,500 per call with no cap. Liability runs down the chain to the seller. That's you, not the vendor.

Our reps dial. Our systems make them faster.

We publish the definition. In writing. Before you sign.

An appointment only counts if it meets every one of these:

  • The contact matches the ICP you signed off on
  • The contact has authority to buy or to bring the buyer
  • A real need was stated and captured on the recording
  • A timing signal was given
  • Your rep receives written pre-call context before the meeting
  • The prospect showed up.

If it doesn't meet all six, it doesn't count toward the benchmark we committed to. You have 72 hours to dispute any appointment against the call recording. If we miss the benchmark we agreed to, we keep working at no additional fee until we hit it.
